Next to North Station – The transport hub being 500ft away, you can easily arrive at this location by commuter/long distance train or subway (green line). Also the Bowdoin subway station (blue line), which is connected to Logan airport, is very close.

Only valet parking – The only way to park your car is with valet, and as you can guess, it costs extra. So no free parking on this hotel.
Possible traffic noise – Situated in the center, there’s a lot of traffic around the hotel. Depending on where your room is located, you might hear cars driving on the street when staying in the room. Some guests indeed complained about poor sound insulation of the windows.
Room size – Even though the rooms look nice, they are not very big. People with a lot of luggage were a bit disappointed about this.
Food – Some left negative comments about the limited selection of foods available at breakfast.
Fastest way to get to downtown
Walk Merrimac Street and Congress street, it takes about 5 minutes to Haymarket.
